with cordless phones the problem is that the hand sets have to be recognized by the base station ( paired) and unless you have the exact hand piece make and model this pairing and recognition will not happen
if you can get 2nd hand units for the 3325 base then the base will accept them ( any number of additions ) but if the hand piece is different it will not work
you you need extra hand pieces then it may be best to consider a new system where you can buy extra phones and chargers

first you have to check the line is there atone when you dial another fax if ther is atone may you put the fax at manual ore tel mode change it to fax mode .
