under get software, click i531 Driver
click download now
save to your machine & install

I didn't located the exact driver ..this is from a 640 model ...which is very close..and it might work wonderful or not ...anyway ...did you try to plug it without driver ..and see if it recognize it as an removable storage device ?? Meaning that it may just see the SD card directly without any driver ...if its so ,,,you will find it into My computer as a new device ...
or ..you can just use a card reader to take the data from the SD directly ..I will attach a link from some models I use and are very cheap ...in case you do not have a reader ..
