probably the chamber is burned out --- call Bosch with the problem and they will walk you through the sequence of testing. Call them

H2 wasnt an error code on those machines... could you check the display and ask again?

The year 2009 Bosch 24ES manual does not show error code 14.
Your manual may be different.

Error code AE is not shown, but error EA means "burner flame not recognized by control unit when water is flowing"

There is also error A3 and A3 E3: jumper connection is not correct
