Bake goes on but doesn't leave 100 degrees

Most likely the oven ignitor is bad or weak. You can look at it and see how it compares to the broil ignitor. If you see a whitish color on the ignitor and if it doesn't fully glow then it needs to be replaced.
natural gas or propane? is this a brand new stove? or did this just start happening? is the gas shut off at the oven turned on? there are saftey features that shut off the gas so you dont get hurt. be carfull

sounds like a bad bake ignitor, common issue with all gas stoves.
SOURCE: bake button doesn't work even after ignitor replaced
While unlikely, the ignitor in theory could have damaged the ERC (main oven control) it is more likely you have a bad keypad. Try pressing and holding bake and broil pads at the same time for 5 seconds and see if the display shows SF (will look like 5F). If it does, press the start button and try again bake again

Hi, When you put the oven on bake, can you see the ignitor glowing but get no flame?
Sound like the ignitor might be getting weak and not opening the gas valve. Please let me know if this sounds like the problem.
It is common for the ignitor to go bad. Even if it glows, it can be bad.
Please let me know if I can assist you further.
