The app or better said the app icon has to be approved by your TV. Try updating by downloading all the apps your TV is capable of handling. If the icon can't be found, it means the TV isn't set up to handle it. There isn't much you can do if the icon doesn't load, other than buying a Roku and attaching it to the TV. Before you buy check the Roku customer service if the icon is available by them and that your system can handle the Roku player.
