Yes you do. If you look at the bottom of the unit you should find the model number. Goto the link below and download the manual for your unit. Should be listed under the Indoor grills option.

Check your spam box and another boxes for emails you were expacted. Maybe your email filters started marking those emails as a spam?

Once a student has applied to NSFAS, a maximum waiting period before getting a notice of acknowledgement is a week. Should a student not receive the acknowledgement, they are requested to call NSFAS's TOLL FREE Call centre, which is 08000 NSFAS (67327)
