There are channel select buttons on the front of your tv push those to recieve local stations (if you are watching cable programming look for the cable box remote)

There is a bad relay that is keeping the lights from turning on. That is the buzz noise.

The Body Control Modual is not recieving a feed back from the passenger door lock confirming the unlock command and is therefore not energizing the rear hatch. There is no physical lock on the hatch - just yes or no for power from the BCM.

Zoom in on the picture of the original remote provided on the site (or look at your own) and get the actual remote model number.
or check eBay: search for "(model of the device or the remote) remotes", check the 'include description' box. Usually cheaper than the vendors.

The Utilitec 0192773 timer has astro dusk-to-dawn functions.

The manual is very unclear at the exact point you need it to say how to set dusk-to-dawn.

When you are programming the timer, press TIME button and hours start flashing.
Press the +/- button ... the trick is to keep pushing the +/- button until it finally gets to astro, and the sun-moon symbol shows on display.
When the sun-moon symbol shows, the display also shows AM.
Press the +/- again and PM show.

So if you want Program1 to turn lights ON at dusk (PM), then your display needs to show: 1 ON PM sun-moon.
To continue setting astro, do not set hours, just press PROG button.
Then repeat the steps above until: 1 OFF AM sun-moon show on display.

You are most likely right. Just for the heck of it try programming the thing this way if you haven't already.

Press and hold the button on your remote while you press and immediately release the smart/learn button on the motor unit.

If this doesn't work then your receiver is bad.

There are meny reasons this might be happening. here are a few obvious ones.

1. The remote is under a cushion and buttons are being pushed.

2. The Sensor on the set is in the sun and the sun is confusing it.

3. You neighbor is messing with you

4. The set has a bad chip/loose connection/etc.

5. it's set to 'DEMO' mode.
