Form the main menu go to ''CHANGE DEFAULT'' then press 5454 & YES key (passwoed to access default option).Once you enter to default menu,go to "SCALE CALIBRATION" & press YES key.now follow the on screen text.Hope this will solve your problem.
NOTE:you should have 9KG/20LBS of weight for scale calibra

This is a common problem of Robinair 34700Z / 347002k & 347112k series machine.so don't worry just do the following :- 1# May the ISV tank is not overfilled,remove some refrigerant manually from tank. 2# Purge excess air from the tank manually.( Open air purge hose from the tank,then press tank valve as needed to purge air from the tank) 3#Check the air purge solenoid for proper operation.Hope this will solve your problem, Best of luck & vote for my solution!

Robinair Model-34700Z scal calibration follow as bellow:
Press main menu then press up or down arrow till scree appear ''CHANGE DEFAULT'' then press 5454 from the keypad & then YES key (passwoed to access default option).Once you enter to default menu,go to "SCALE CALIBRATION" & then press YES key. now follow the on screen text. Once you calibrate scale then press STOP key to exit.
NOTE: You should have 9KG/20LBS of weight for scale calibration. Do not change ''TANK TARE'' or any other setting it must be on factory setup.

To calibrate the scale on Robinair 34288, follow these steps:
  1. Turn off the machine and make sure that the scale is empty.
  2. Press and hold the "Weight" button for three seconds until "CAL" appears on the display.
  3. Place a weight of known mass (such as a 50-pound weight) onto the scale and press the "Weight" button. The display will show the weight that you placed on the scale.
  4. Press the "Weight" button again to confirm the weight. The display will show "CAL END" to indicate that the calibration is complete.
  5. Remove the weight from the scale and turn the machine back on.

34288 scale calibration procedure

the machine came with a calibration check weight in the menue you can check the calibration. if it fails contact your local service center the machines have to be calibrated with certified weights unlike the older machines.

PROBLEM WITH WEIGHT CALIBRATION

Calibration procedure for Robinair AC machine.
NOTE:FOR SCAL CALIBRATION YOU SHOULD HAVE 9KG/20LB OF WEIGHT.From main menu go to change default (press 8787 for old type machine or 5454 new type machine)
then press enter/start key.after enter to default nenu you have to select calibrate scal option.press again enter/start key then follow the on scree message.once you done so,press stop/exit key to complete the prcess.
