From JSH Safes:

To clear "nodate" error message, press CLEAR 330033 LOCK. Display will say done.
Test the safe lock with the door open
We would however advise against using the safe as you do not have a means to open the safe in an emergency. For example an Override key which would be supplied with a private use safe if the electronics fail.

Jsh digital safe i aquired an older model and cant get it to power up how do i power up this safe, does it take battaries

If you have an older model Jsh digital safe, you may need to power it up in order to use it. To do this, you will need to locate the power cord and plug it into an outlet. Once the safe is plugged in, you should see a green light on the control panel.

If the safe does not power up, you may need to troubleshoot it. If your Jsh digital safe won't power up, the first thing you should do is check the power cord. Make sure that it is plugged into an outlet and that the outlet is working.

If the cord is plugged in and the outlet is working, the next thing you should check is the control panel. Make sure that the power switch is in the ON position. If the power switch is in the OFF position, the safe will not power up.

If the power cord is plugged in and the outlet is working, but the safe still won't power up, there may be a problem with the control panel. The control panel may be faulty or there may be a loose connection.

To troubleshoot this problem, you will need to open up the control panel and check the connections. If you have checked the power cord, the outlet, and the control panel, and the safe still won't power up, there may be a problem with the battery.

The battery may be dead or there may be a loose connection. To troubleshoot this problem, you will need to open up the control panel and check the connections.

If you have checked the power cord, the outlet, the control panel, and the battery, and the safe still won't power up, there may be a problem with the safe itself.

The safe may be damaged or there may be a loose connection. To troubleshoot this problem, you will need to contact a Jsh digital safe technician.

I have forgotten the passcode of my JSH model 205 Digital Safe. How can I reset it please?

Question edited for clarity, full 'make model (what it is)'.
Question moved from Televisions, to Safes.

You reset it from a button on the inside panel of the door.

A locksmith can open it with a large puck magnet.

I have dell latituded620 windows 7 my kids have encrypted the files and I cannot change the settings I can't get out of safe mode tried system restore please help

System restore will only allow you to restore back at a certain date, you can ask for a much earlier date and restore again, if you cannot get an earlier date, you MUST go into your BIOS and reset your computer, or do a fresh restore to "Just Out of Box". The latter is what I would do. If it's staying in safe mode, you can go into your BIOS and do your resets. While there, reset your password for admin so your children cannot open your unit at all.

CO ALARM KEEPS GOING OFF FOR NO APPARENT REASON

Check the manufacturer's date on the alarm. There should be an expiration date, usually 5 years. You may have to buy a new unit.
Good Luck.
