SOURCE: I have a pulsar watch,
The movement for this watch is obsolete so I cannot find a spec sheet for it. From memory I think it is a 371 (SR920). If you can give me the exact measurements of the area the battery slots into (DEPTH and DIAMETER) (in milimeters) then I can tell you exactly which battery.

Hello, and thanks for using FixYa.
unfortunately it is very difficult to identify the watch based on those details. Just open the back cover and see what battery is inside, often its a very small battery that costs a few dollars.

mcdevito75 here, While a battery change is fairly easy, you will need a set of precision screwdrivers, you can improvise but could ruin your watch, Look for a small watch repair shop in your area the $15.00 will equal your time, effort, and tools you"d need. Plus the battery lasts a year.
SOURCE: I NEED TO KNOW YEAR
A Bulova "M5" code would indicate that the watch was made in 1965. Vintage Bulova watches can be dated by this little alphanumeric code:
Lx = 195x
Mx = 196x
Nx = 197x
Px = 198x
Tx = 199x
Pre-1950 Bulova watches used a variety of symbols and numbers (e.g., 47 and 48 to designate 1947 and 1948) to show the model year of the watch. A chart of those symbols can be found here: http://www.manleyhorlogerie.com/Watch_History/bulova.htm#Bulova%20Date%20Codes

Hello there, the serial number on a Movado watch is usually unique to
each watch and therefore a watch cannot be identified by that. Here is a
picture of all the gold ladies Movado watches which are presently
available. I have numbered them 1 - 8 accordingly.
1 and 2 are both tagged the Amorosa and are valued at $895 and $1395 respectively.
3 and 4 are both tagged the Concerto and are valued at $2495 and $1495 respectively.
5 and 6 are both tagged the Bellamoda and are valued at $1495 and $1095 respectively.
7 is the Harmony and is valued at $895
8 is the Rondiro and is valued at $1495
If your watch is not on the list above then you might want to send it to
the nearest Movado authorised dealer to confirm if it is original or a
knock off.
Hope this support has been helpful?
