The GCS634U is designed and tested to work only with a standard USB keyboard and mouse. However, most wireless keyboards and mice work with it, but they cannot guarantee any specific model or brand that would work correctly.
As you can see, this KVM switch is a bus powered device (meaning it only gets power from the USB ports of the computers). If the computer cannot provide enough power for the KVM switch to function correctly, then the wireless keyboard will be affected.
You may try using the IOGEAR GKM541RA. It's tested to work with the GCS634U. Or you may also try using a self-powered USB hub (meaning, it has it's own power adapter) and connect it in between the KVM switch and the computer. That self-powered USB hub will be the one that will add up power to the KVM switch and help it to function properly.

click start control panel
administration tools computer management device manager scroll to keyboards you
might see a yellow exclamation or question mark or red x you will need to
update driver right click to update driver
make sure the usb device is
inserted correctly into the usb port (if applicable)
if your computer came with
a motherboard disk the drivers could be on it
or restart you computer tap
the f8 key repeatedly to enter safe mode where the only things working will be
your keyboard and mouse allowing you repair your computer
