If it's telling you the tablet is locked and requesting Google credentials to continue, you can't bypass that.
That's an anti-theft feature. You'll have to have the owner of the last Google account who logged into the tablet log into it to continue.

I have an RCA Voyager 2 and I had the same problem,I pressed the reset button on the back of my tablet.
if you choose to do this make sure you sync all of your data on to another device because you will loose all your information if you don't because resetting it brings it right back to the state it was in when you first purchased it.
