Animal controllers work mostly at the one frequency and it is not a one for all frequency
so have it checked out by a reputable electronic shop for the frequency out put and then decide if it is faulty or not right for what you want

Some craftman operator don't have that feature. Are both photo eye lights green? Feature not available. If the photo eyes are yellow and green feature should be avilable. The operator needs to have a three button wall station. With the light on the operator off press and hold the "light" button for about a minute until the light flashes.

try powering the system up by HOLDING the on;off button , it will reset all your audio and video settings . then plug the system using the AV cables (default) .
else, you should take it to an assastance centre for hardware issues checking . can be a problem with your RAM or GPU units that makes the system unable to startup it's firmware .

These are self contained units and all that you can do is take the ones that are not working properly back to get new ones. They should work fine out of the box and last up to 15 years!!
As a general rule the cage should be at least 4 times the
size of the rabbit, but if your house permits - bigger is better. This is true
especially if the rabbits will spend most of their time in the cage.
As a guide: larger rabbits need a cage of 30" by
36" and smaller rabbits (Less than 8 lbs): 24" by 36".
