I have a Dehumidifier frigidaire model FDK45P13. The power will not come on at all. It has been emptied but no led comes on when you push any buttons.

It sounds like your dehumidifier needs to be professionally cleaned. What could be causing the problem is a buildup on the inside of your dehumidifier where the water drains out and it is causing the water to not drain properly. Additionally, I would check to verify that the drain hole is tightly secured with the plug. I know you stated that the bucket is not leaking but have you removed it to verify? Once the "BUCKET FULL" illuminate on your Frigidaire dehumidifier, soon after your appliance will shut down. Then you may remove the bucket by pressing the sides gently to unclip it and empty the collected water. After you reinstall the bucket, the float switch will reset. Hope this helps! - Z

I understand that there is no water coming out of your Frigidaire dehumidifier, model# FDF50S1. I also see that the filter is fine and the fan is running. If you have your dehumidifier set up to continuously drain through a garden hose, make sure there are no kinks or clogs in the garden hose. If that does not work, I suggest resetting your appliance, by either unplugging it or shutting the power off at your home's circuit breaker, for 3-5 minutes. Turn the power back on and try any cycle. I understand that the blower wheel is not spinning on your Frigidaire dehumidifier, model# FAD504DUD. I also see that the compressor will stay on unless the dehumidifier is unplugged. I suggest you contact the manufacturer for further assistance. They can possibly clarify why the compressor stays on and why the blower fan is not working. If not, they should at least be able to point you in the right direction of having your dehumidifier working. Hope this is helpful.

I see that you are having trouble with your Frigidaire dehumidifier, model# FDF50S, collecting water. First, make sure that there is 12 inches clearance around your dehumidifier. Secondly, the dehumidifier could have been installed recently or restarted recently or possibly there was a power surge. Lastly, check the room temperature. Your appliance will not operate satisfactorily if the room temperature is below 41F (5C) or above 96 F (35 C) degrees. If you are still having trouble, try unplugging your dehumidifier for 3-5 minutes. After plugging it back in, if your dehumidifier is still not collecting water, I suggest contacting your local authorized technician for further assistance. Hope this is helpful.

Unfortunately, I haven't been able to get the water from the dehumidifier to drain out the hose. It always empties into the bucket, which means I have to empty it daily.
