SOURCE: I have a Stevens model 35 22 rifle bolt action I'm having problems with the gun jamming and the clip falling out at the same time I **** the gun what should I do thanks

Sounds like there is a issue with the clip(hopefully) so here’s what I know. After market clips are very close to origional but if they are not identical in every aspect the gun will jam cause the round won’t feed into the chamber and usually the clip falls out cause the bolt pushes it out and it not locked into place cause the lock setting is in the wrong place!
