I have a navman f15 and i cannot get into it be cause it has frozen with icons showing a navman and a computer screen how do i reset for use?

just been on navman site,in tech surport it said hold on/off button down for 10seconds to reset.
im glad to say it works

I found if I turned the unit on and let the battery drain completely, then plug it into the the computer and let it recharge for 12 hours, the player works fine.

It is apparently a charging issue...

the reason your device does not receive any signal is because the baud rate and com port might be wrong. go to settings and fing GPS port, after entering choose auto choice so it can take the suitable gps port and baud rate
