My Panasonic DMR-EX75 has also stopped recieving digital signal. this problem seems to be the same as the one reported by baileytherat.
The analogue signal is fine and the digital signal received by my TV via the same antennae and cable is fine.
The signal strength shows 7.5 but the signal quality is 0. I'm located in Hampshire UK ..Software version: DVB 1.08

My DMR EX83 stopped receiving digital tv and searching forums I thought it was probably the standard smoothing capacitor failure. After 4 months I finally ordered a capacitor repair kit (2 capacitors & instructions!) from EBay, stripped the entire machine down but could find no failed caps. I found 1 post regarding DMR-EX83 tuner problems emanating from faulty HDMI leads, disconnected mine (using only scart) & the tuner was back to normal. I then popped in a new HDMI & all is back to normal. Check yours first!
