My Jensen VX7020 multimedia receiver screen is constantly flashing different screens while the radio is playing. It started it after my husband had to clean the battery connections.

Put it back on the charger for a while. If that doesn't work power cycle the base, and then put it back on the charger for a little while.

I had the exact same problem. There is a RESET button on the face of the radio. I have pressed it with the radio ON, OFF and While Holding the SOURCE (power) Button. My iPods are now working fine with the radio.
