My sharp printer MX 5141n, can't be used. since my wifi password has been changed, I can't get to setting on my sharp printer because it's asking me the administrator password,

No there is nothing online. It is only to hold memory, so it will be a small battery attached to the motherboard, either hard wired on in a holder like a computer CR2032 motherboard battery.

Page 56 of the following refers to entering the Systems Settings. From there, one enters the Security Settings. That is where changes to the password may be performed. Chances are you must be logged in as administrator, see page 58.
That said, perhaps to following will be of value: When changing the password, be sure to remember the new password.
(It is recommended that you periodically change the administrator password.)

Requires a service tech to come out, because having access to admin mean changing accounts ETC. don't know if that is what your trying to do so have tech come out.

Check the paper type and paper size in the Printer Properties. Set them according the actual paper used in the printer. Check the paper size in your document you want to print. Correct, if differs from the printer's paper size.

Go to administrator setting and change it again to image send.

press system settings, admin password,default is (00000)-energy settings, set auto power shut off timer and preheat mode up to 240mins (4hrs)

Open web interface of the printer and supply admin password.
As an administrator you should be able to navigate to the System Settings screen.
Select Document Filing Settings and navigate to the section Administrator Authority Setting.
Select Delete so you can delete forgotten print jobs (remember to Save the setting).
Navigate on Document Operation where you can see a list of existing saved print jobs.
Select the jobs to delete and go on.
You don't have unwanted ghosts anymore on your machine!

check to make sure the password for the server hasnt changed as tis a common fault if you have a it dept who change passwords on a regular basis.. it may need you to set up a user whos password do`s not change..

Go to system setting, under printer setting there's a menu to forced output print or A4/Letter changing, if you can not find it try the key operator program/ admin mode ( default password for admin is admin )
