Go into your services menu and look for webroot.Uncheck them and then boot into safe mode to uninstall.
Webroot also will send you an uninstaller.

When I turn on the computer, it has a gray screen with a loading bar that says "Windows is loading files". And then, it doesn't ever move from that screen. Help?

Try disabling startup programs. Go to Start > Run (search in Win 7) and type MSConfig. In Startup tab, uncheck anything that you don't want Windows to load automatically. It will make Windows boot faster and use less resources while running. This just disables them in startup. Programs will still load, but when only you initiate.

Will not go pass windows updates stage 3 keeps restarting

Probably a stuck update.
Restart in safe mode (F8) and click on My computer / Hard drive (right mouse click) Under properties, select tools/ check volume for errors, it will schedule a check, reboot and let it check the drive

If this fails, try using system restore to go back to a time before it was updated OR

If you can get into safe mode, review what has been installed recently and uninstall it.

Try updating again

Your antivirus may be preventing the update, yoou could TEMPORARILY disable this and see if that helps

Click anything at mail.yahoo.com nothing happens

Who is your ISP, contact them and report slow pages loading. Have you tried this on another computer on a differnt network? Slow pages loading is the result of either a slow internet connection or a busy network. Time of day also affect the quality of your connection to a free service.

Problem loading ms home and student 2007

I wouldn't advise using an uninstaller program after you have already uninstalled it. What you would need to do is access the registry.
***USE EXTREME CAUTION***
What you would need to do is go to:
start, run, type regedit
Enter
What you want to do is click on edit, find
you want to find the software you tried to uninstall.
What normally happens is, the registry still has a pointer saying the software is still on the c drive even after the software has been deleted.
Just delete all the keys associated to the software you are trying to remove.
Hope this helps.
