If you are looking for an owners manuel the best bet is to buy one at a dealer, there is no screaming eagle package. Harley has never made a CVO Sportster.

Eagle only gives out a 1 year warranty on their products, so as far as I know you wont be able to get it fixed for free, but I would email them and see what they say.
