I changed the security code for my Nokia 6300 and i cant seem to remember what it is. I have tried all the passwords that i have ever used before but none seem to work . Have you tried using the defaults:

Or you can try using this tool:

But please use this at your own risk.

Also, you can try doing entering this on your phone:
*#7328748263373738#
That will also reset the security code as per this website.
