Using this INC-4825 charger for a new purpose. Need a circuit diagram. Folks on the phone can't/won't help. Ideas?

Only seriously demented ideas available here. You have been given due warning as I have no idea if ANY of them are of the least value or if they might cause the charger to explode or fry you. 1) Here is a parts lists for chargers: https://www.centurytool.net/Associated_Battery_Charger_Parts_Listing_By_Model_s/27.htm

2) Simple 48V automatic battery charger circuit https://www.homemade-circuits.com/make-this-48v-automatic-battery-charger/)

3) https://www.google.com/search?tbm=isch&q=INC-4825+charger+circuit+diagram&fir=2h2vwjvWk8DcyM%252C0q8ujlS5HC-1tM%252C_%253BHPQ3OEJawOeocM%252CyiLgDIxQYa_G0M%252C_%253BW1oSQRy1Y0A37M%252C0q8ujlS5HC-1tM%252C_%253Bz5qM7XOpqWeYuM%252C0q8ujlS5HC-1tM%252C_%253B4d_LJ6uToWkhAM%252CH3oT2sNG5HcqkM%252C_%253BYDHG5Cm1AL6O3M%252Ce3JndQzU7tP_AM%252C_%253B5BVOX4JophqPOM%252C0q8ujlS5HC-1tM%252C_%253Btg4vpyM4brHVIM%252C0q8ujlS5HC-1tM%252C_%253BT4Q7wJ3ia86DaM%252C96ffaPQ13bEASM%252C_%253BMYk-of_VBir31M%252CgunQ_JLWUteTFM%252C_

4) Get an extra charger and take it apart. Maybe you can identify something in it with a magnifying glass.

5) Aren't these things patented? Of course it might cost an arm and a leg to pursue that as a means to get a diagram.

Feel free to resume rolling over in the floor laughing at these ideas. Perhaps you should have restricted the query to GOOD ideas. If any are accidentally useful, put that in a comment.

Can I get a circuit diagram for this charger?

Probably not - I have tried and the industry considers even expensive chargers to be throw away items along with cordless tool batteries.

There are plenty of generic circuits available for chargers of all types of battery but none for commercial models.

Good cordless tool battery chargers tend to have a good deal of logic circuitry to provide them with an intelligent testing capability and prevent the "attempted" charging of faulty batteries. This makes fault diagnosis difficult and puts the process beyond the scope of the home repairer.

Circuit diagram of dell charger for latitude e 6500

Why?
Chargers are so cheap that it is not worthwhile & even unsafe to repair. Just buy a new one.
If you still want to repair, you really do not need a circuit diagram. Just replace swollen (bulging) capacitors and resolder the output cable. Cable is usually broken at the "bending point".

My porter cable 19.2v model 8605 battery charger

Porter Cable has not offered a replacement for their poorly designed 19.2V chargers. I had the same problem and happen to like my drill and circular saw. I found a universal charger called a model number CHUN-2420. Google it--I got mine for $27 plus shipping. All you need to do to make this work is splice 3 wires.

My charger is a PC model 8624, so the instructions might vary slightly between the chargers. Remove the six screws on the bottom of your PC charger. Remove the bottom section. Remove the screw(s) that attach the circuit card to the plastic housing. Disconnect the 3 pin white charging connector from the circuit card, and cutoff the connector. Discard the circuit card and power cord. Cut the 3 conductor (red/yellow/black) cable coming out of the Chun-2420 approximately 2' from the charger. Splice these three wires to the three wires in the charger housing that connect to your battery. In my situation, Red/Red, Yellow/Yellow, White/Black. To verify, red=positive, black/white=negative, yellow=temperature sensor. Wrap the red/yellow/black cable with electrical tape where it exits the PC charger through the power cord hole. Re-attach the bottom.
