Where do i get a copy of the equus manual 3022

It looks to me like 0dtc = zero DTC = zero Diagnostic Trouble Codes.
Are the LEDs showing the correct colours ?
If it still shows '0dtc' then it is faulty I think

I have an Equus ACE and I am not sure where to put the sensor to get the proper reading on the spokes. Do I put it at the top of the spokes near the rim or towards the center of the spokes towards the screw in the tire?

I had a Goodmans G SHOT 3022 which I gave away to a charity shop but I am embarrassed to find I still have the CD so if you would like me to send this please leave your address and I will send it. It includes the manual, photo and video software, driver, Acrobat reader. Please let me know.
