WHY cannot I find my ITR12 form on my e-filing? If I log in I see my details and all the previous years forms, but no 2019 to submit my Income tax

Nothing to do with FIXYA dot com. You need to contact the tax office, we are not they. I don't know what it is about South African nationals Elsa, but they have no clue where they are posting and who they are talking to!

An ITR12 or Income Tax Return is a form that SARS requires all individuals (including provisional taxpayers) to complete and submit to SARS once every year. The form is used to declare your incomes and expenses so that SARS can calculate how much tax you need to pay, or how much of a tax refund SARS needs to pay you.

I have filled in the form as in email and password and it will not accept them. what shall I do?

You have not identified the website to which you are attempting to submit a form. However, the problem is universal enough a few tips may help. Let's go through a check list:

1) Did you register at the website? Some websites require you register and submit an address and set up a password before just entering such.
2) Did the website send you a confirmation email that you were registered?
3) Did the confirmation email require you to click upon a link?
4) When you set up the password, did the site confirm your choice of a password?
5) Passwords are case sensitive. Did you enter the password using capital and lower case letters in the right spots?
6) Have you used the same email address that you set up the registration account with?
7) Sometimes there is a delay between initial registration and acceptance of a password. Usually, this is announced somewhere in the FAQS page if it is a factor.
8) Did you click some "remember my password" feature? If you entered the wrong password, it is automatically entering the wrong password again. You have to erase the password field and enter the correct password and hit enter. Sometimes that can get very confusing, if that is the problem, update your password at the first opportunity.
9) You might contact their "customer support" and see if they can be of help. You might try that before attempting to re-register.
10) Sometimes, you get caught in a software loop. For instance, I attempted to "file by mail" my federal taxes and e-file my state tax forms on a website. In spite of the site clearly stating I could efile, it never offered a "submit" button once I filled out the tax document. No, not even from a Tools or sidebar menu. But I did manage to print out both Federal and State tax forms filled out. Not even the software support agent could bypass the problem and efile the state taxes. So, you may have to just mail whatever the form is.
11) Sometimes some other program or activity by yourself jams a website (maybe a javascript problem). If you can save your form, shut down, reboot the computer. Go to the website. Try logging in with email and password, try submitting the form again.

I can only print the 941 form in quickbooks. Nothing else.

Open QuickBooks and go to file at the top left of the screen. Click on it. This will give you a drop down list. Choose "printer set up". This will give you a list of forms. Choose the name of the form you want to be able to print while in QuickBooks and this will take you to an area to choose your default printer. Click the arrow next to the name of the printer you want to use to print your forms and then save and close the window.
