You battery must have a problem try to remove batterry and plug the power supply .or maybe its your hardisk failure your hardisk must be corrupted something like that

SOLVED - Be careful, as there are dangerous voltages inside the TV and only an experienced technician should attempt the following solution:
On Toshiba LED TV's, this can happen when the brightness is turned up on the backlight and/or dynamic picture mode is used. You should use STANDARD picture mode and never turn the backlight up above 60.
To get the screen to stay on long enough to make these changes, you can try the following temporary fix:
There is a 15-16 pin connector wire between the power pcb and the main pcb. On the power board, there should be a label that indicates which pins are "DIM" and "BLON" (on my 49L621U, these were pins 13 & 15.) Run a jumper wire between these two pins. This should prevent the voltage from dropping in order to keep the screen LEDs on so that you can access the menus.
