Reset code? There is factory default on the control panel...

Format hdd & update firmware will also reset all the settings & storages, but not the counter...

error C 449 Heater lamp abnormality after abnormality judgment (temperature abnormality at high temperature)
first of all just reset error with simulation may just malfunction error procedure for rest error for heater related.

turn copier off
hold down 0 & 8 while turning it on power switch
then press digit numbers 4 0 0 then press start key
then 0 key and set
