Depends on the game you are playing. If the game accounts for bullet drop over distance, then yes. If not, then no.
Hope it helped!

SOURCE: sniper scopes

A scope is a personal preference really but there are some ground rules that do need to be followed.

any scope will be effective in a good shooters hands. however there are some bells and whistles that are nice to have.

1) For long distance shooting a scope with 40 MOA is preferable this allows for 10 MOA down and 30 MOA up giving the rifle the ability to zero for any range.

2) Hold over graphs are a beauty when your in a rapid target environment. here is an example

this is more of a hunting scope but this hold over calibration allows for rapid fire.

Since this is a Chinese made import, good luck finding one in English. There shouldn't be much to using and adjusting this scope, it works like every other scope.

How can I reduce glare?

You need to, use your ingenuity, when it comes to reducing glare on your scope. Snipers including Special Forces Snipers have to make shift anti-glare device or ingenuity. you may have to shift your firing position, shield the scope, with your hand and, or use a make shift device with paper. This has been a common problem with many Optics and, Scopes in general. Complaining about this issue is easily fixed, with common sense. for the unaware it should be addressed. It is not a mechanical issue, it is caused by human error. **** IT UP, and use common sense!

K98 scope

K98's were fitted with a Hensoldt ZF4 or ZF6 if you want a WW2 purist type of rifle. Hensoldt are part of Zeiss. Zeiss market their military scopes and binoculars under the hensoldt name. You can pick these up second hand for around 500 US Dollars.

If you are fitting a scope for shooting purposes, one with variable magnification is a good choice but you won't need a higher power than 10. Non variable a 6 power is more than adequate for the K98. Leupold have a wonderful range of tried and tested scopes in various price ranges. If you don't mind spending more than a thousand dollars on a scope Schmidt and Bender make magnificent scopes, some of which you will find attached to US Military sniper rifles.

There is a lot of choice with a lot of difference in price. Too cheap a scope will not be able to handle the recoil of the K98 and you will find yourself constantly adjusting it.

8x32 swat scope

It's not a high end scope. Most times you're better off buying a lower power scope of better quality and you'll still be able to see more clearly than with a higher power yet lower quality scope.

Consider that 6x, and lower power, scopes were pretty much standard for WWII snipers, and that fixed 10x is still an accepted power level for snipers these days.
