What do I have to do in order to download apps on my phone
First step reset your mobile .before reseting backup your data.try one to two times .still playstore not working means simply install apps via APK files
Follow these steps:
1)install app Backup &restore application in friends mobile.
2)click backup of required application and it will save into file manager .
3)goto file manager and send via any file transfer techinque simply bluetooth
4)install application in your phone

1. Go to Settings
2. Go to Applications
3. Go to Manage applications
4. Go to all tabs
5. Gp to "Market" applications
6. "Clear Cache" then "force stop" - DO NOT CLEAR DATA
7. Now go to "google service framework" applications
8. "Clear data" then "force stop"
9/ Reboot your machine/

Did your tablet come with the market app already installed? If so go to settings>Accounts & sync. You must use the original username and password of the Google account (if you don't have a gmail account set one up and make a note of the username and password.
