It is a little known make in North America and no one has documented the job. If you can see the sensor, you can replace it. Just follow the wire, they usually hide in the back or behind the control panel. This looks like the part marked as 'thermometer' and is actually a 'thermistor', an electronic temperature sensor.
Then go to the "products" tab, then "ovens" tab and chose your oven type. You'll find that under that page they have user manuals, waranty info, installation guides, etc. for each oven type.
