My Fagor oven is showing E15 Fallo QC error and stopping immediately

it sounds like you just need to have a 1-hour plus power cycle of the oven before it stops the reset loop that it's on. So after leaving it unplugged for 1 hour, you will plug it back in. However, I would use a different power source than you've initially used to eliminate that power source as the potential cause of the error that you're experiencing.

That sounds like it is trying to initialize but can't.
Correct PCB ... I wonder if it is exactly the same as the old one.

My suggestion is NEVER EVER use the self cleaning feature. We see questions like yours at least 4 times a week. Locked doors, burned out elements, burnt out fans and even frazzled control boards. The temperature is just too hostile.

The oven is cleaned by heat, at temperatures above normal cooking temperatures. During the cleaning cycle the oven is heated to about 880 degrees Fahrenheit (471° C.). At this temperature, food soils inside the oven decompose, leaving behind a small amount of ash.

But the question was about F02, not F07. What is F02 error about?

I cleaned the smoke filter, took of the top cover, in front of electronics is the brown smoke sensor. I took of one wire off the sensor, started the oven (beware of not shortcutting anything) the f06 error message had disappeared. I put back the wire, mounted the top cover and the oven functions like new.

Engineer is a solution.
The other solution is;

Switch 3 times between rotisserie and pyrolysis or bread baking setting and pyrolysis.

As acknowledgement the displays are actuated.

At each change of operating modes switch immediately stops the current test step and the next step of the test enabled. The oven light should according to the mode ON or OFF; that is, at pyrolysis OFF otherwise ON.

This problem could be confusion over how to properly program an automatic cooking function. First, you must program the cooking duration, then you must program the time of day you want the food to be ready. Sometimes customers think they need to program a “start time” and an “end time” versus a “duration” and an “end time”. Please, make sure you are doing both steps correctly. Also, you should be aware that this clock works on the 24-hour principle (military time). I know that sometimes this confuses people as well. From the symptoms you describe, I would say the oven thermostat is faulty, and in need of replacement.
This is the control you regulate the temoperature with.
