The power on button is the one the far right column of buttons, second one from the top.
It looks like replacement keypads for the Nokia 6233 are sold on eBay:

the functions buttons should still work, press where the keys where for a few seconds about 10 seconds

this sort of repair needs to be done by a tech as the button has to be resoldered to the board
