SOURCE: Weber Silver Genesis C regulator purging gas after reset process

This could be caused by a couple of problems. First the regulator could be bad, or the tank is getting to hot. Which causes the relief valve to open and release pressure. This will happen when weather outside is hot.

SOURCE: Have a Weber Genesis Silver. Gas is not flowing.

take off the grate[s] and the plate that covers the burner, find where the gas supply goes into the burner - use a compressed air source with a nozzle and blow out the burner and orifice - spiders and sometimes mud daubers love little spaces like this and will build a nest in 'em - even the slightest restriction will cause major headaches

SOURCE: Q200 weber grill getting gas flow but only at low

This sounds like a case of the OPD tank valve on the propane tank has locked up your regulator. In which case, turn the tank OFF and disconnect the hose from the tank. Wait 5 minutes and reconnect the hose. Now, turn the tank valve ON VERY, VERY SLOWLY (slow motion, slow). Once the valve is completely open, light the burner farthest from the tank first and turn it to the highest setting. If the flame appears to now be normal, light the remaining burners following the same procedure. If all burners have returned to normal height, you solved the problem. Always remember to turn the tank valve ON VERY, VERY SLOWLY.

If the above doesn't solve the problem, you may need to replace the regulator/hose assembly, which you can purchase from any home center or hardware store that sell gas grills and accessories. Take your old one with your for comparison purposes.

SOURCE: Bought a weber genesis 320 Problem with the Weber

Normally, at least on an American grill hose/regulator assembly are a universal fit. And both ends of the hose have female couplings. I would think it would be the same on German Models too. For the connection to the grill, the hose coupling size is 3/8" ID.

SOURCE: low/weak flame on Weber Genesis Silver B Grill.

Simple solution but probably the correct answer is: Turn on the tank SLOWLY before you open any valves on the BBQ. Once the tank is on fully, close the tank and open again, slowly. Then open your BBQ valve and start as usual. The Tanks need backpressure in order to open fully. This is a safety feature to avoid opening a tank with nothing attached.

My weber genesis wont stay lit. i can light the

The new style2_bing.gif OPD valves have a small brass ring located in the female fitting on the LP tank. Over time this ring can work loose and then it does not allow the male fitting to fully depress the OPD valve thus reducing your gas flow
Using a small flat bladed screw driver tighten the small brass ring This should solve your problem
IF not you might want to remove the cap (white) on your regulator and try slowly adjusting the regulator, make small adjustments and try the BBQ My Weber if I set the front and back burners to MED I get right at 350 degrees in 60 degree outdoor temps. Adjusting the regulator will take some time to get it right but If it is not your tank it is most likely your regulator out of adjustment

Genesis s310 stainless grill. Does not fully light.

Regulator is not bad, as I stated before new valves are designed to reduce gas flow if valve is opened to fast. This is so if grill catches on fire, the tank will shut itself off, thus propane will stop flowing causing fire to extinguish itself.

Are you using natural gas or LP gas. If LP, replace the regulator filter. If clogging, you won't get the full amount of gas.

Weber grill

Can you tell if the gas is flowing? Its either dirty or perhaps your regulator got damaged.  I'd check that out.  Above all else, though, be careful!
