Can get LDAP search working on BizHub 350 Multi function copier
A while back we switched form Lotus Notes to Exchange. The Notes LDAP server was turned off and a new AD LDAP server turned up. Ever since then the BixHub 350s stopped scanning to e-mail. I enterd the LDAP server settings that work on an HP document sender into the Bixhub and it will not work. The setup seems very straight forward. I enter the LDAP server settings (our Domain controller) and test the connection. The test is good but when I go to use the scan to e-mail feature on the BixHub I get an error to contact the administrator and check the search base.
