SOURCE: Our office has 13 phones
You will have to go into system programming, under sets, line appearances. You will need to set the lines on the phones to appear and ring, not just appear.

The 7310 is a phone model number. The system is going to be a CICS, MICS, or a BCM. If you look on the top corner of the box it should be there. Once you find out the model go to http://pdf.textfiles.com/manuals/TELECOM-F-R/
that should help with documentation.
