How to set my portfolio landscape timer - Hardware & Accessories

depends on what you want to shoot.
for landscapes I recommend Nikon 10-24
for animals Nikon 70-300 VRII

Depends on which timer.
Some Kichler have analog timer built in.
Most Kichler timers are made to run constantly... with option to plug your own timer into the outlet located on front of Kichler, or to plug in a kichler-model photoeye.

on and off with the ligt sensor for dark or tape it for it to come on in day light

Fixya does not sell timers or parts.

Timer system is not identified for certain.
If landscape system still turns on-off with override switch, then you can work around and buy cheap plug-in timer, set landscape to override, and plug landscape system into cheap timer.

If screen is tilted, pressing Ctrl+Alt+<Right Arrow> may Help.. Otherwise change screen resolution. The recommended resolution is 1280x960.. 

Leave the breaker off, remove the wires from the timer and just connect them. then turn the power on. Unless you have a short somewhere, the lights should come on. What you have just done is made the breaker your switch. If the breaker kicks you know to keep looking for a short as it is not the timer. Regards, Joe

If its only the timer part that doesnt work why dont you buy a normal plug timer [you know the ones you use for home use like radios and light etc ] and plug the transformer into that and then set the timer and plug that into the outlet , there is no reason that would not work , hope this helps smirf617

did it within seconds after I went to you first as my initial go to.
I went immediately yahoo answers and found the simple "ctrl, Alt, up arrow" answer I was looking for....
