I bought Kings Brand Furniture Entryway Hall Tree with Mirror Coat Hooks & Storage Bench, Walnut last week and it was missing part A6....how do I request to have that sent to me?

The mirror will pull out. There are two power control arms behind the mirror and in the center is sort of a ball and joint connection. Pull firmly and the mirror will come off. However you can buy a mirror assembly from a salvage yard and have the mirror already attached. I recently replaced one on my Excursion. I have a casing with no mirror.

I have one in white, itscalled hall tree, and it is custom made but I think you can find more types andcolors on the net and in furniture stores. However, I'm not very happy withmine because one piece furniture is very heavy, especially to house entrances,it is just too much. If I were you, I would take a storage bench and hangers,separately. SOURCE: I just want to know if i can get reimbursed for the coat cause it should have lasted longer than 2 months or a new coat sent to me to replace it.

I'm not sure that asking for wardrobe advice on a car and truck repair forum will get you the answers you are looking for.
