Check the starter motor and solenoid for a dead short. It would take something big to blow the 50 amp fuse.

There are number of pumps, but this one has a half moon keyway in the shaft, does yours have it fitted, otherwise the shaft would turn, but the impeller wouldn't.

Crescent was made by Volvo. Production was discontinued in 1978, however many parts interchange with other Volvo-Penta models/names. You can try a company called Discount Marine Parts.
