It is unlikely anyone could help you solve this problem over email but it is impossible without more information. The make and model of the phone would be very important. If your phone has a common problem with the LCD that could be easily fixed we would need to know what type of phone it is.
With what I know so far, unless your phone is worth spending $75 or more repairing it then it is a throw away item. Most likely the LCD would need to be replaced at a cost of $10 to $40 plus shipping, labor, etc... Worse yet, MOST LCDs are just not available.
