Crack the weld holding the barrel block to the cylinder split them apart then machine down the the opposite side to the pin end you see as it doesn't go the whole way through and drive out the pin
Then heat up block to release locktite and drive barrel out
Also the barrel is splined into the block so twisting won't work
The Phantom Break-Barrel does not use CO2. It is a spring-loaded break-barrel weapon. If you really do have a CO2 gun, check the rubber seal around the outside of the cartridge puncture needle.
Does it leak out?, pump up?, trigger release anything? What are the symptoms? Anything stuck in the bore? I think Crosman will repair your gun at a fixed price, just get a hold of them and get permission to send it back.
The piston doesnt lock on the trigger. if trigger is adjustable set adjustment more coarse. Check also sure that trigger mechanism is in forward position and not stuck halfway. If still not hooking see if piston hooh and trigger catch not damaged. very seldom the piston will twist inside making it impossible to hook, just realign piston.
If the trigger is adjustable set it more coarse to hook the piston rod. Make sure trigger is loose and will reset to it foremost position. Check trigger spring and pin for ease op operation. Lastly check if piston rod did not turn inside cylinder so hook is turned away from trigger.
