If you want to go a bit deeper in to the problem, you can always go through troubleshooting tutorials like this one: Common Bosch Dishwasher Problems And Solutions
Dishwasher,
I have a Bosch washer myself, but mine is quiet. Some things to check:
Have you (ever) cleaned it? Pull the lower rack out and reach in and turn the knob on the bottom just in front of the spray assemble in the middle. Take out the filter and clean it, a small brush may help. Replace the filter.
Intermittent noise sounds to me like the water discharge pump has a problem. The washer has to have some way of pumping water out of the tub into a drain. This runs intermittently throughout the cycle. I would look there for a problem. Perhaps you have something in the pump itself that is rubbing and causing noise. You may only need to remove an obstruction, provided you can find it. It is possible you may need to replace the discharge pump, which you can probably find online with a little searching.
If you want to DIY, you can probably find a manual online, perhaps even troubleshooting procedures. If not, call a service tech. This does not sound serious to me, but will become so with time.
The Bosch is a good and very quiet washer, but not without it's quirks. They are great when they are running properly.
Check impeller in pump for foreign object
SOURCE: Diswasher motor making noise during wash cycle
It could be the impeller on the motor. The impeller fits over the shaft of the motor and might have split/broken up. That funny noise is probably the shaft spinning inside the damage impeller. Fortunately the impeler is fairly inexpensive and easy to replace. I believe there are one or two parts/covers to remove that are held in by a roughly half dozen torx screws.

How deep do you want to get into this?It sounds like the wash pump motor bearings that are worn. You can pull the unit out flip it over and wd40 the bearings in the motor or you can replace the bearings.Try to lube them first.

A loud high pitch whine while running the dishwasher means that there is something caught in the chopper assembly. To get to the chopper assembly you need to take the racks out and take the pump apart from the inside of the dishwasher. The chopper assembly looks like a metal grate with holes in it. And it might not even be stuck in the grate but somewhere in the pump area due to the water being pumped out, so the best idea is to take the whole thing apart and clean everywhere. However I do not recommend doing this unless you are completely certain you will remember where the screws and gaskets go, otherwise you risk damaging your pump or house from a leak or improper installation. You have been warned.

if you have a torx 20, and torx 15 screw driver, you an remove the screws from the top plate of the wash motor, and underthere youll see another t15 screw converingthe "chopper" assy, sounds as if a seed, of chicken bone, perhaps apiece of glass hasgottne down there
SOURCE: Squealing noise
had same squealing problem.... had machine checked over. NOTHING WRONG.
Repair people ran it a few times with just water and no squealing at all. they also ran it with detergent capsule [Fairy] No squealing. Have got it back to monitor it. Used Fairy capsules for a few washes and no problems. As soon as I used the Waitrose Essential concentrated dishwasher liquid, the squeak was back with a vengeance.
The moral of my story is TRY NOT USING LIQUID DISHWASHER DETERGENT
