this the procedure how you removed the drum in irc3380 machine. first open the front door and remove the small cover in your right side.then open the side door.and turn the black lever to right.then push the other lever at the top of blk lever.then remove the 2 screw in both side its locate near in the blk lever in right and the other screw in your left side opposite of the other screw,then when you remove the screw pull the unit out.and you will see the square button at the top off thegray cover plastic in the rear side.push that button and pull it out.and in the rear side you will see a small blk lever to hold the itb unit.(take note not to touch the surface of the itb belt the shiny black one.then you will see the 4 color drum.unlock first before you take out the drum

You need to remove the oval shaped slider pads, and under these, you will find small "Philips screws". If you heat up the slider pads with a hair dryer, you can remove them with the nail on your thumb, and reuse them. Park them on a hard, shiny non greasy surface during your ventures inside the mouse.

i called the best buy here where i live and told them what you said and they told me that as long as it is covered under manufactured warranty you can bring it back to the store for an exchange for another one so take it back to the store and tell them what i have told you and hopefully you will get this matter solved and if not ask for the manager and tell him and if that doesnt work take it to another best buy store and try it. i hope this works for you and let me know. good luck!

Belkin cooling pads are very low quality. I know because I owned one, and it shorted out after only a few months of use.
Not sure what you mean about you calling us and us replacing it for you. You could consult the repair directory on the site but it would be wiser to contact Belkin and see if you have a warranty for your product.
The only thing I can tell you is to not buy a Belkin cooling pad again.
