SOURCE: fan runs all the time
IF IT IS A DIGITAL CONTROL, THE FAN, HUMIDITY, AND COMPRESSOR ARE ALL CONTROLLED WITH THE MAIN BOARD THAT IS LOCATED INSIDE THE TOP WHERE YOU SELECT THE SETTINGS. YOU CAN ORDER THIS CONTROL AT A LOCAL SERVICE CENTER OR YOU CAN GET ONLINE TO SEARS.COM AND SELECT PARTS. IT WILL WALK YOU THROUGH FINDING THE PART AND ORDERING THE PART.
I EXPECT IT TO BE APPROX 150.00 DOLLARS.

I can't see any reason why a Leviton fan speed control couldn't be used on any ceiling fan, after all, I don't even think Leviton makes ceiling fans. Second, you may be able to try using the 1.5 amp fan speed control and see if you can get by. The worst that could happen is the speed control wouldn't work or would only work for a short time and be junk.

SOURCE: not sure how to wire this switch
Switch will have a commom terminal that the hot wire connects to.
The other three terminals are for the devices -- light, fan and other device.
The white wires should be the grounded wire returns for the circuits unless they are identified by color tape to be hot line side of power.
Be careful of the grounded side of circuit, can shock or kill, treat all wires as being energised. If you are not sure, use a electrical tester,
or get help.

Switch has 2 black wires. One black is hot wire. One black is wire going to fan. Turn off power. Remove wires from switch and separate. Turn power back on. Using ordinary tester, test each black wire to bare copper ground wire. Only one of the black wires will test hot. The other black wire goes to fan.
Timer black wire connects to black hot
Timer blue wire connects to black wire going to fan
Timer white wire connects to white neutral (in absence of white neutral, connect Timer white wire to bare ground)
Timer green connects to bare ground wire
