Pool vacs sometimes do that. I changed my pump to the next bigger pump because once you hook that vac to it, it reduces the flow rate. the lesser flow rate doesn't seem to be enough to move the vac around and gets stuck easily. Also when the vac starts getting full it reduces the flow rate and will get stuck. Good luck.

Pool sweeper gets stuck on walls

Thanks for the apology. Cars and Trucks is the default category. I moved it to a better one.

Usually questions can be answered by Google. Generally if you have found an issue, then others will have as well and will have posted the solution. There are also pool companies that have forums where customers can post questions and someone at the store answers. Normally, I will find the answer for you but you didn't post the two most important words, 'make and model'.

Try Googling

make model getting stuck

and to see what makes it all work

make model manual

and make model parts schematic

There is a LOAD of information in this link and suggests you have to adjust the water flow and suction.

Keeps getting stuck in corners

There are several things that you can try if your pool cleaners getting stuck at corners. First, make sure that the cleaner is getting the proper water flow and adjust it if necessary. Also, make sure that you inlets are adjusted so that they are pointed down and at the center of the pool. This will ensure that the cleaner is pointing in the right direction. Check your hose weights to make sure that they are correct. You will know they are right if the cleaner is sitting at a 45 degree angle with the pool's bottom when resting.

My zodiac baracuda gets caught up in the corners of my pool constantly. What should I do?

If these pool cleaners are getting stuck on corners or other obstacles, try these solutions. Try using Pool Pulse to lower the flow. If you are getting too much flow, the cleaner will stay along the edges of the pool and in corners. You might also need to adjust hose weights. You can adjust your return flow lines in the pool. If they are directed toward the corners, try moving them down and center to direct the cleaner in the correct positions in the pool.

Stuck in corner

Try adjusting your returns to change the currents in the pool and see if that helps.

Why do I have air in my system after manual vacuuming?

you need to get all air out of 'vac' pipe before starting to 'vac'.

Best way is to start with 'vac' end - place in pool and push to bottom - let rest of hose follow - keeping hose under water (as much as possible )

** sorry if you are doing this all-ready.

No reverse

The gear placement is irrelevant. Is the propeller binding up? Also check for debris in the reverse jets. The beauty of the Jet Vac is it's simplicity,
