The intake/drain light blinks. How do I fix this problem?
SOURCE: My bosch dishwasher does not fill with water (although it drains)
most bosch have the inlet valve at the end of the fill pipe and it has an anti-flood device.
try turning off the water, take off the fill pipe then reconnect it and see if this works.
taking off the fill pipe resets the anti-flood device

I had the same problem a few days ago. I followed the instructions to clean the filter and check to see that the impeller was free to rotate in both directions. The problem persisted. After reading this thread, and a similar one on another site, I tried what mikeboerma suggested in "solution #3", and bingo, problem solved. The magic combination is to push and hold the on/off button and the start/stop button.
SOURCE: F13 error code on Miele dishwasher. I can't find
The water valve on Miele dishwashers is built into the end of the water line where it hooks into your plumbing(in that box-looking assembly) Your best bet is to call Miele USA, I have had very good luck with their customer support system, they can usually diagnose your problem right over the phone.

SOURCE: candy nova cd112 dishwasher fills with water then stops working
nova cd112 this is a simple fix the machine has a electronic switch to add water to the machine it then has another switch to say the machine has water iin it , this switch is the one that is not working this is the one that turns on the element and heat the water .it costs around a tenner to replace u can find it as it is connected to the element via a wire conection .this a a common problem of over enginearing as this switch is not needed and is not on older machine .ie this switch can only come on when the machine has water in it in other words only after the switch to put water in the machine has been on.can this go on i hope u know what i mean lol. now u can replace this yourself or get an engineer it should take an engineer no more than 10/15 mins to fix better still have him bypass this switch and u will never haver the problem again as this switch is prone to going fixthis and the machine should last years no problem as its not a bad machine not quite a bosch but better than a zanussi or indicit etc hope this helps and may i just say that i tried everything including replacing the element ,stat and cpu non of which worked before realizing it was this .i must also say before u try this. Switch on your machine on put it on a universal cycle as u hear the water going in the machine open the door and add hot water as hot as u can close the door and the machine should do a full cycle including emptying and reheating the water this proves its not the cpu ,element or stat note the machine will not do the cycle without the hot water going in at the start if it does the cycle then its 100 % this switch hope this helps and sorry for the lond explantion bye
Hi
Intake/Drain light flashing means an issue while
draining. You would need to check for air gap on the dishwasher, it may be
clogged. It prevents dishwasher from draining, sometimes the drain flow is
restricted due to gunk. Cleaning or bypassing the air gap will resolve the
issue. If this doesn't resolve the issue then it is due to seized (or stuck)
drain pump. Disconnect the power to the dishwasher or turn off the breaker to
the dishwasher. Tip machine on its back; remove screws that hold the bottom tray
on. Remove the hoses to the main motor, remove electrical connections &
remove motor (single screw holds motor, it is on the outside back of the
machine). Try to rotate the motor (use WD40 is necessary). If you cannot rotate
it, then motor will be required. If the error still appears then cancel the
error message, turn the rotary selector switch to "Stop/End" or press
the "Start/Stop" switch for approx. 5 secs. Switch the appliance off
and then back on again. Hope this helps... Please post back if you need more
information.
