You can't do because those games require builtin directx 9, pixel shader v 3.0 and other stuff
The Mobile Intel® 915GM/GMS, 910GML Express Chipset family is compatible with versions of Microsoft* DirectX* up to 9.0. Support for previous versions of DirectX (8.x, 7.x, 6.x and 5.x) is also available.
In conclusion, if you want to play those games you must buy a better videocard
Sometimes increasing thr RAM won't help. Some games just won't identify Intel onboard graphics.
This is what Intel got to say about T&L support.
Currently, only the Intel® G35, G41, G43, G45, G965, GL40, GL960, GM45, GM965, and GS45 Express Chipsets support hardware Transform and Lighting (T&L).
As you see your motherboard VGA does not support T&L, you won't be able to play high-end games. As I feel you are a serious gamer, I am sure you have DirectX 9.0c. But the new games require T&L support. They also need newer versions of pixel shader technology (as nyilasrobert has pointed out).
Some games specifically state only certain VGA cards are supported. Unfortunately Intel VGA is not in these lists most of the times. VGA cards like GeForce are almost always there.
Checkout the supported VGA list for Prince of Persia:ATI(R) RADEON(R) X1600*/1650*-1950/HD 2000/3000 series
NVIDIA GeForce(R) 6800*/7/8/9 series
So if you are serious about playing games, time to switch to GeForce Graphics card!
