LED Descriptions
Router Link LED
This LED indicates the connection between the extender and the router or access point.
Solid green
. Best connection.
Solid ambe
r. Good connection.
Solid red
. Poor connection.
Off
. No connection.
Device Link LED
This LED indicates the connection between the extender and a computer or mobile device.
Solid green
. Best connection.
Solid amber
. Good connection.
Solid red
. Poor connection.
Off
. No connection.
Power LED
Solid amber
. The extender is booting.
Solid green
. The extender is powered on.
Off
. The extender is powered off.
WPS LED
Solid green
. WiFi security is enabled (WPA or WPA2).
Blinking green
. A WPS connection is being established.
Off
. WiFi security is not enabled.
Note:
If the Router Link LED or Device Link LED is amber or red, Find the Best Location

You need to reset your Router before setup manually.
To restore the router to factory default settings, please do the following:
1. Unplug the router's power supply
2. Press and hold the reset button on the bottom of the router
3. Keep the reset button depressed and, at the same time, plug the power supply back in
4. Keep the reset button depressed for another 10 seconds
5. Release the reset button
======================= Manually configuration ==============================
Step 1 : Connect modem - Router - Computer ( Wired )
Step 2 : Open router setup by typing http://192.168.2.1 on the address bar of internet explorer
Step 3 : On the left side under internet WAN click Connection Type
Step 4 : leave the Password Blank and click submit
Step 5 : Choose the connection type as dynamic and click next
Step 6 : Leave the Host name blank and click apply
Step 7 : On the left Under Internet WAN Click MAC Address
Step 8 : Click Clone and Click Apply changes
Step 9 : If the Internet status on the top right is connected
Step 10 : Then check if you have internet
Step 11 : if not Then unplug the Power Cable from the Modem And the Router
Step 12 : Plug the power Cord to the Modem
Step 13 : Wait till all the lights are on
Step 14 : Plug the power to the belkin
Step 15 : Check the color of the light in the belkin
Step 16 :If green then Check if you have internet
If not working then call belkin
WIRELESS SETTING UP A WIRELESS CONNECTION
Step 1 : Connect Router - Computer ( Wired)
Step 2 : Open Router Setup by typing http://192.168.2.1 on the address bar of internet explorer
Step 3 : On the left under wireless click wi - fi protected setup
Step 4 : Leave the password blank and click on submit
Step 5 : Disable it and Click on apply changes
Step 6 : On the left under wireless click Security
Step 7 : Enable 64 Bit WEP
Step 8 : Type a 10 digit number on the key 1 ( 2 in each box )
Step 9 : Click apply changes
Step 10 : on the left under wireless click channel and SSID
Step 11 :Change the Wireless channel to 6
Step 12 : Change the SSID to a different name ( no Spaces )
Step 13 : Click apply changes
Step 14 : Now Scan and connect to this network ( Wireless )

I would check your Range extender model because some allow for a wired configuration

First suggestion is to unplug your unit for 24 hours, if does not correct your concerns, you may have fluid leakage from the tubes onto the pc boards. Make sure you have proper air venting around the tv. If problem persist call factory authorized dealer in your area. good luck

Step 1 : Open RSP by typing 192.168.2.1 on the address bar of internet explorer
Step 2 : Check if there is the option Wi Fi Protected setup under wireless
Step 3 : If it is there Enable it and click apply changes

If you dial back the security to WEP, does it connect?
Back to WPA though... when editing the Network Connections... Check SSID is correct. Mode "Infrastructure". IPv4 Settings is Automatic (DHCP). IPv6 Settings method is Ignore. Wireless Security is WPA & WPA2 Personal and the password is correct.
