Trying to track my order..Order number 025029002242. Payment made to you on 27.02.2018. No email received to say if my order has been shipped

there is a dispute fuction in paypal . log into paypal and dispute the payment due to non delivery

Only the entity that accepted your order can confirm it. If you ordered by webpage, the page sometimes offers a confirmation message. Some mail order suppliers offer tracking numbers. Some suppliers send an email message. Check the webpage for any contact details regarding the status of your order.

call your bank and give them the reference number. Ask them how your order was shipped [ post office, fedex, amazon etc.] and what is the "tracking number".

linda, you should check with the supplier quoting the order number. Did the not send you a tracking number?

you will get the UPS/FedEx/USPS tracking number in the order update in an email. If you have ordered today then you will get an upate email from that website that your order has shipped or something. and it will have the shipping method and tracking number.
