My KRUPPS FRESH AROMA F619 isn't turning on. Would someone tell me why and what should i do to rectify this?

I usually find that either 1 rice to 1 water or 1 rice to 1.5 water, works depending on quality of rice.

Are you attempting to put the date in in the wrong format. USA = month and then day, normal folks day and then month. Check language setting.

That is probably you steam thermostat. Its a 127c thermostat.

Using a paperclip or pin try clearing the holes of the nozzle at the end of steam wand.

1. Is the cooking pot filled with water? If there is no weight, it will not turn on.
2. Is there a pilot light? If no power, you have a unit that was probably returned by someone else.
3. The heating element/plate thermal fuse may be blown. Either replace the fuse or the whole unit.

i had that happen to me. turns out the filter cover (flat plastic circle with a rectangular hole) wasn't seated correctly.
