The pin is probably one of the following: 9999 0000 1111 the last four of your phone number. Once in your voicemail, you'll hear a menu and an option will be provided to change your password.

You should be able to get to your voicemail by calling your own phone number from the phone it is assigned to. Your password could be four zeros, last four of your social, last four of your phone number, depends on who your provider is. Hope this helps.
Go to "settings". In "Advanced Settings" there is an option to return your phone to it's original state. From there you can set it up again. WARNING: This will also erase all of your contacts, so write them down before going to this extreme measure. I would try MANY times to get the PIN correct before doing this!
You could go into your voice mail and press the prompts to set up your PIN. Voice mail will get you into your settings usually. Try long pressing the number 1 to access your voice mail.
If you already know how to access your voicemail, try using the last four digits of your phone number as your initial PIN. That is the way most phones used to be set up. If that works, then you can create a another PIN to your liking and no longer have to use the last four digits of your phone number.

Dial your own phone number, usually that brings you to your voicemail, and it should bring you to your voicemail options if that is correct. If this dooesn't work you should just contact the service provider and ask them.
Call your own phone number and enter your pin to check voicemail. If you have not used voicemail before it will walk you though setup and allow you to set a pin.
If you are getting the "voicemail does not exist message" this means that the voicemail feature is not on your account. Unfortunately you will have to contact your service provider and ask them to add the voicemail feature back onto you account. Have them test and make sure that you can access the voicemail before they end the call to ensure they have fixed the problem. Hope this helped.
